If you have a customer service question that is not answered on this page, please e-mail or fax your question to our corporate office. We usually will respond within 48 hours. In many cases, your question must be researched to find out the correct answer or procedure.

  • If you have a question about which product to buy or you want to place an order, please use our toll free new customer line: 1-800-398-2278. Ask for Maryann.
  • If you ordered a package, but it has not arrived, please fax or email your name, address, date of order, and how you ordered (via 800#, fax, mail, or internet). We will research the DHL / shipping log and find out where your package is.
  • If you want to talk to a live human being before your purchase, please email or fax your detailed question and someone will call you back in person, if the question cannot be answered via fax or email completely.

We have attempted to give you all the information you need to use our products successfully. In most cases the information you need is on-line somewhere. We will assist you in finding it if you send us an e-mail or review our resource pages.

Because Mental Fitness Publishing has more than just one or two products you might have purchased, please be specific in your e-mail with your question. Include the name of the product, the approx date your purchased it, your telephone number and e-mail, and the exact URL of the webpage your are having difficulty with.

If for any reason you are requesting a refund, a partial credit, or have any other question relating to your credit card statement or money, just send us an email. We process all credits and refunds within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please DO NOT call your credit card company and stop payment. If you do, we get charged twice AND it cost us our good credit rating. Although very few people request refunds, it is part of our written guarantee and it is part of doing business. Please send us an e-mail, first. We will handle it.

Please don't hesitate to e-mail with any questions. You are welcome to call, but e-mail will be faster so we can research the problem or direct the question to the proper person. It is very unlikely the person answering the phone will be same person that can answer your technical question.
