Hello, If you have a customer service question that is not answered on this page, please e-mail support @ or submit a customer support ticket. We usually will respond within 48 hours. In many cases, your question must be researched to find out the correct answer or procedure.

  • If you want to return a package for refund, please scroll down this page and follow the procedure.
  • If you have already returned a package via certified mail, but you have not received a credit card credit or refund via check, please contact us via fax or email. Include your name, phone number, product returned, date returned, date purchased, and the method of refund expected. We will research the return and process the refund immediately upon verification.

Dear Customer,

Our return policy is one of the most generous in the industry. On most products, we offer a one full year total satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Since most of our customers are overjoyed and thrilled with the power, knowledge, and changes they experience using these products... we get very few returns.

Occasionally, people do need to submit a return for a variety of reasons not associated with the satisfaction or quality of the program (such as financial crisis, miscommunication between spouses, or you simply ordered the wrong product.) Our return policy is UNCONDITIONAL, therefore it doesn't matter why you need to return the program.

What does matter is the following:

1) We must have the product in our office in order to process the refund.

2) In order to verify the product is in our office, it is HIGHLY recommended you return the product registered mail, UPS signature verification or some other method to guarantee delivery. Packages do get lost. If you cannot prove we received the package, we are not responsible.

3) You must be refund using the same method of payment that you originally ordered. If you used your Master card, we can only refund the amount to the same Mastercard. If you ordered via the Internet on-line cart... we need to know that. If you ordered after hearing a radio interview, please give us the stations call letters if you remember them.

4) To speed up your refund, include the EXACT credit card number and expiration number with your return. If we cannot locate your credit card number, we cannot issue a refund. The credit card numbers of our employees are only accessible by one it is in your best interest to make issuing a refund to you simple.

5) Include a receipt if you have one. If you do not have a receipt, include a copy of your CREDIT CARD statement which states the amount billed and the vendor. Or, include any e-mail receipt you have with your product, price, shipping price, and total amount paid

6) Write down the VENDOR that charged your account. If it was purchase from us, your credit card will read : Mental Fitness Publishing or E-Online Publishing. We must know which of our two merchant accounts it was processed by.

7) Shipping and handling is never refunded if you placed the order. (We have already paid a shipping company to package the product and a carrier to delivery the product to you. In fact, our shipping cost are usually much more than we charge.)

8) Any damaged goods will not be refunded. Refunds are generally refunded within 2 days of the receipt of the product.

9) Some products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, check your receipt.
