We realize making a 100% money back guarantee is a generous offer which occasionally a good customer might leverage to evaluate and analyze a big purchase.  While it rarely happens, we do accept returns (exchanges, etc) and extend the courtesy of a 100% refund of the purchase price on most home study course items sold at retail or non-sale prices.

If you are a first time customer," or a "customer in good standing", we will do whatever is in our power to make it right, or extend a refund (shipping is never refunded, naturally.)  We value the relationship with you.   We do not extend a 100% refund policy to bulk purchases and any items sold a wholesale prices, a restocking fee up to 30% will be applied to all returns.

This policy is simple, we reserve the right, at our sole judgment to offer any refund of any kind to you, a "bad customer'  In most cases, "Repeat Offenders Bad Customer"
who return items for a second time" , will receive a partial refund, up to 75% of the retail price. Naturally,  no refunds on shipping and handling fees will apply.

Furthermore, if there is any evidence you utilized the information to earn money, start a business, or profited in anyway (and still returned the course), you will receive no refund and risk legal action against you.  So, please be honest and if you find the information useful, keep it and allow commerce to work properly by not returning material you find value in.
