Congratulations on completing Handwriting Univerisity's comprehensive DVD/ CD home study course in handwriting analyssis and Grapho-therapy. If you have completed all of your 21 hand-written tests, you are ready to move forward toward your CERTIFICATION.
If you are reading this page, you probably feel you are ready to move on to the next stage in the certification testing process.
We have designed all these steps and procedures so that the majority of the students who do take the Final Verbal Exam, pass with flying colors. In order to guarantee that outcome, we have created three steps in order for our faculty member to "confirm" your handwriting knowledge and you will be fully prepared to pass the written and verbal exams.
As you know, being certified from Handwriting University USA is a significant accomplishment which takes work, study, and tremendous effort. Most students from around the world could not pass our strict exams without the help of our detailed study guides and experiences 'Authorized Trainers'.
These steps are required if you want to be a proud owner of a "Certificate" signed by Bart Baggett and issued by Handwriting University, USA. Please follow each step in sequence. Missing a single step will delay your testing procedure.
There are 2 Exam Stages and 2 required payments.
STAGE 1.
You must first get your 21 written test graded from our USA headquarters. All final exams are graded in the USA and you work directly with our USA headquaraters during the testing process.
(passed) and then pass a 30 minute verbal pre-test given in English via telephone or Skype.
If you are under the direct supervision of an Authorized Trainer, you can get pre-test tutoring and advice on this procedure from this trainer, mentor, or campus director. However, both the fee and the test grading is handled through our USA headquarters for one very important reason: high standards and a relationship with you. We want to be absolutely sure everyone who owns a Handwriting University Certificate meets or exceeds our standards. And, we want you to have communication with our USA office so we can get to know you and you know us... we are building relationships with graduates around the world and our graduates and Authorized Trainers are our most important asset. If you never work directly with us, how can you feel comfortable calling us up 6 months later and asking for advice or support?
Step 1. You must, download, complete and sign the pre-flight checklist before embarking on Stage 1.

Checklist Instructions
Confirm you have completed each task, and check off the box below. When complete, send this form with your contact information into our USA headquarters to start the Final Exam Testing Procedure.
When you have completed each step, you can apply for an appointment to submit your written tests and have them professionally graded.
If you have not completed any step on the PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST, please complete it before you schedule your final exam to avoid the embarrassment of failure, and the cost of re-taking the exam (re-testing fee.) There is no refunds. If you fail, you will have to pay to get re-tested.
If there is an element of the course you do not own, or you cannot locate, contact our USA headquarters to get a replacement copy to study. Everything is fair game on the final exam.
Step 2. You pre-pay for Testing Fee using this online shopping cart. Please pay the testing fee for phase one now, at this link .
Step 3: Submit your 21 handwritten tests & pre-flight checklist to the Handwriting University USA headquarters for grading. Once they are emailed or snail mailed, contact our office 10 days later and ask if the test were received and graded. The email is support AT handwritinguniversity.com .
Please do NOT bind the test or staple them together. In order to distribute the test to our Professional Graders throughout the USA, we must have high resolution scans of your tests... so don't make it difficult for us to scan them. If you do, your test will be delayed. In fact, to increase the speed of testing... scan them yourself and upload them to DROP BOX or send via email.
Scan the documents at level 150 dpi and compress in one PDF file or snail mail to the address on this page.
Note: For confirmation of this payment, you should have an invoice in your email inbox. We require that each student who wants to graduate have a personal "transaction" with Handwriting University International. This means that we must have your 21 tests on file, your personal information, and have paid a financial transaction via your email direclty to us. We value this long term relationship and your correct contact details are vital to keeping in touch with you for years to come.
STAGE 2. Pre-Test
(20 -45 Minutes via Telephone or Skype).
Once your payment is received and your tests are graded, you will be contacted via email, What's App, phone, or mobile text messaging to schedule your PRE-TEST
VERBAL PRE-TEST. If you pass the 21 written tests, you will be invited to move to STAGE 2 of the "Final Exam" which is an interview and verbal test with one of our Faculty Members.
If the the faculty member decides you are not "ready for the verbal exam" (based on your verbal answers), you will be STRONGLY ENCOURANGED to hire one of our authorized Mentors to give you a 1 - 3 "test preparation" session. During this session, she will review any questions you missed on the pre-test and your 21 tests so you have thorough working knowledge of the material. Faculty Members charge various rates for this "test preparation" session. We encourage you to pay this fee and get properly prepared for the final verbal exam. The "pre-test" which is a casual Question and Answer session via skype or phone at your convenience. This pre-test is based around your schedule and the schedule of the available faculty member. This will not exceed 60 minutes of time. You are responsible for the cost of the long distance call or skype fees. A qualified professor will be assigned at random. This will be at least 3 days before the "Final Vebal Exam Session"
Once you pass your Verbal Pre-Test you willbe scheduled for your Verbal Final Exams. If you didn't pay for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 already, you can just purchase Stage 2 at this online order form.
3. Stage 3 The Final Verbal Exam
(30 -55 Minutes via Telephone or Skype).
Once you are cleared to take your Final Verbal Exam, you will contact our office to schedule your "Final Verbal Exam". Just call our office at 1-310-684-3489 ext 2 or submit a request at the support ticket page.
1-5 days before your Final Verbal Exam, you must watch the Hiring Video, listen to the Audio 'Test Review' MP3 file (links available below. ), and then review the handwriting three samples you will be discussing during your verbal test. The purpose of the verbal test is to confirm you can apply your knowledge in real world applications.
1. We suggest you view this video TEST PREPERATION section inside the online course. They will give you insight into the FINAL EXAM role playing test. You must know this skill in order to pass the verbal test. The final exam is not a simple "Yes/ No" format. It is contextual as you are helping hire the right employee.

2. Listen to the "test review" audio in which we give "test tips" in insure you understand the process of both the written and verbal test so that you will get as many points as you can and pass your tests.

3. Before your verbal exam, we recommend download and print the following handwriting samples and use these samples as PREPARATION for the final exam format. . As you look at the samples, keep in mind what questions might be asked.... job, ethics, defenses, strengths, weaknesses, fears, etc. Be especially knowledgeable to explain each person's "social aptitude" and whether or not an individual will fit into a specific job profile or not.

The actual Final Exam handwriting samples will be emailed to you 1 - 24 hours before the final Verbal Exam session. You are not allowed to have any input from anyone else and are not allowed to even show anyone the samples.
It is suggested you print each sample and have it sitting in front of you during your Final Verbal Exam.
Make sure you fill out the TOP Page of your EXAM packet (To be Emailed to you with the samples) and include your skype ID and mobile phone so you can be on time for the final exam. You will meet your final exam instructor via skype and you will answer his or her questions.
In most cases, before the end of the Final Verbal Exam, you will be told your score.However, in some cases we might withhold your score and discuss with other Faculty to insure your answers comply with our policies for pass or fail. It is usually a bad sign if you are not told pass or fail during the final.
4. Get Ready to Hang Your Certificate.
Please include the correct spelling of your name and any credentials or capitlization issues for our staff when preparing your certificate. Also, confirm the shipping address is current if your certificate is going to be shipped. If you are attending a LIVE EVENT in the coming few months, your certiifcate will be presented to you ON STAGE at the live event. If you cannot attend the next live event, your certificate will be shipped you (anywhere in the world. )
